No, we will do this. We use a high-powered vacuum cleaner and it is an essential part of the cleaning process.
Should I remove the furniture out of the room?
No, we will also do this. We ask that you move smaller and breakable objects but we’ll take care of the rest. Some items may be non-moveable which we will work around. We will discuss with you before undertaking the clean exactly what is involved.
How long will my carpets/upholstery take to dry?
This will depend on several factors such as type of fibre in the carpet, construction, amount of soiling in the carpet as well as the temperature inside and out. Generally, we would say 4-6 hours.
